Manpreet Day is a wonderful real estate agent, a consummate professional who was highly responsive whenever I had questions or wanted to see a house, she was available day and night. Manpreet handled the sale of our home and helped us purchase the home we are in now. Her knowledge the real estate market helped us to decide how to properly price our home that we were selling and assisted us to make viable offers on homes we hoped to buy. In regard to the sale of our home, she guided us on whether to do a "coming soon" or not, and made sure that a wonderful portfolio of photos were available at the time the home posted to the internet as a coming soon, which created great interest by the time it actually went on the market. Prior to that she offered the help of an interior designer to make recommendations about layout of some furniture and things to clean up to make the house better for showing. In regard to our purchase, she got us in to see houses sometimes on the first day they were open, and was tenacious in pursuing realtors who might not be responding to her calls about a property. She really took the time to

sit down and talk with me and my family about the type of home and neighborhood we were looking for, as well as prioritized finding a highly rated school district for my son's school choice. She did not push us out of our comfort zone in regard to price and really got to know our likes and dislikes. She had a great deal of patience with us and showed us many, many homes and drew up multiple offers in a very competitive market until we landed our perfect fit. She is very personable and such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Manpreet to anyone needing a realtor.
